• Card Merchandising – ValuAccess will do the card sourcing for the merchants to ensure the overall look and feel is up to their branding standard
• Merchant Support Hotline – dedicated hotline to support your frontline sales or operation staff in case they have any enquiries
• Balance Enquiry System – designed for the card recipients to check the card balance and expiry date via IVR
• Training to Frontline Staff – a pre-launch training for frontline sales team will be organised, and the concept, selling and procedure will be all taught by ValuAccess. Training manual; dvds are available for reference.
